Can I get a quote via email or over the phone?
All of our products are custom made and individually tailored to suit your home, taste, budget and requirements. If you would like a quote from us, give us a call on 01656 507 323 and we’ll arrange a suitable time for Ben to pop round to have a chat about your ideas and provide a no obligation quote.

What does our guarantee cover?
As part of our commitment to our customers, COVE Windows Ltd provides an insurance backed 10-year guarantee should COVE Windows Ltd cease trading. Our insurance backed guarantee is supplied by QANW. All of our products are supplied with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee, which means any problem within 10 years, will be rectified by us. We also provide deposit protection to all of our customers.

What deposit is required for my purchase?
We will request a deposit of 25% on signing of the contract. Full payment will be required on the day work is completed.

How can I be assured of the quality of your products?
We pride ourselves on the fact that we will only provide the best products on the market.

How long will my home appointment last?
Our appointments are entirely geared around your needs, so the length can vary. Generally speaking it depends on the type of product and the complexity involved.

Why do both partners have to be there at a quotation?
Choosing your home improvement products is an important decision, and is usually one that both partners want to be involved in. There are many elements to the decisions that need to be made, including appearance, colour, style, technical specification and of course price. In order to make sure we provide you with an accurate price, we need you to make these decisions, and for this we need both partners present. If we have an appointment without the partner there, we may not be able to give an accurate quote, and often will need to return at another time when both partners are present. This adds to our costs and means that we will not be able to offer you such a competitive price on the second visit.

How long should I expect to wait between placing my order and actual installation?
Depending on the product you have ordered, we usually begin installation within 4 weeks. Ben will be able to give you a clearer idea of how long you might expect to wait for your home improvement purchases to be installed during your appointment.

If I Introduce a friend to COVE Windows, what’s in it for me?
We’d love you to spread the word about COVE Windows, so how does a £50 John Lewis or M&S voucher sound? If you introduce a family member or friend to COVE Windows and they place an order, we’ll give you a £50 voucher, as a thank you.* What’s more, the family member or friend will get 10% off their first order with the referral you give them – all they need to do is give us the referral card at the appointment!

What accreditations do you hold?
We are a Certass registered company which allows us to self certify our work to building regulation standards. Annual inspections are carried out by Certass to assess our work. Certass is a government approved Competent Person Scheme.
